If there is a fault with the item we shall undertake to replace the item at our discretion, but we should be notified within 14 days of your receipt of the goods The replaced item will be shipped back to you free of charge.

If it is a straightforward problem such as an incorrect goods delivered, late delivery or damage on arrival, telephone or e-mail, whichever is convenient and we will resolve it with the minimum of delay.
