Thursday, 15th August 7.30pm Festival Gala Night Billingham Festival of World Dance 2013 is proud to bring to you the line-up of outstanding dance companies from across the globe and the UK. The Festival Gala Night will feature over 300 dancers and musicians from across the globe in a kaleidoscope of World Dance ranging from beautiful Royal Chinese dances to vibrant and explosive dances from Ukraine, from mesmerizing, energetic rhythms of Latin America to breath-taking contemporary interpretations of Kathak dance, culminating in a Spectacular Gala Finale. The Festival Gala Concert will be presented to you by ZENDEH, one of the top cross art forms production companies in the UK, who has been commissioned by the festival to create a series of Worldmini-tales, which will interlink the dance performances.
